Conditions of Service:
1. All fees payable on confirmation of positive pregnancy test.
2. For the period that your mare is on our property, we undertake to give all possible care and attention but can accept no responsibility should any accident or sickness occur. Twin Blues Stud has the owners permission to employ veterinary assistance if necessary and administer any remedy on vets discretion where required, we will try to contact the owner first. We use VetEquine, please state if you would like another vet called in an emergency.
Live Foal Guarantee:
*A free service is given for mares who abort or whose foal is delivered dead within 48 hours of birth. This must be certified by a Veterinary Surgeon, a handling fee is again payable on mare return.
- The right to receive a return service is lost if the mare is sold.
- The right of a free return is lost should a live foal eventuate as a result of a mares death.
*NO return service is offered where:
- Another stallion is used between services
- If the mare owner does not claim the Live Foal Guarantee the following year, the stud service will be forfeited.
When purchasing an in-foal mare from us we offer a free return ONLY.
Fees 2009/10:
*Masterpiece-service fee $600
*Twin Blues Archangel-service fee $600
*BS Tiaki-service fee $600
*All mares will be wormed on arrival $10
*A Non-refundable handling fee of $100 is payable on drop off of your mare, however when confirmed in-foal this will come off your service fee
*Grazing is $15 a week, 1st week free. Hardfeed e.t.c, extra.
*All Vet, Farrier e.t.c fees are the responsibility of the owner. We are happy to arrange for any of these services if directed by the owner.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us. If you would like to use any of the above stallions feel free to print 2 copies of this form and bring them, along with your handling fee, when you drop off your mare. One copy I will sign for your records and one we will keep.
