| May 2009 Having lost our previous news page I have decided to give up trying to fix it and just start from scratch as I am ULTRA proud of my babies!!! We took them to the Canterbury foal show earlier this month with great results. Narrhys won PB Arab and hunter to mature under 158cm. Lucien won Clydesdale/Clydesdalex class and hunter to mature over 158cm, which meant he has won all classes entered in both shows attended. All of the babies who attended behaved well and placed in the top 3 in their classes. Progeny by our stallions done well too, with Romeo by Tiaki bred by Anna Kissell winning the pinto class and Enbes Maddison's Gold by Merlin bred by Nicky Bean winning the Golden Horse Class. |

| 22/11/09 Went to Canterbury Riding Club Show today where Narrhys again won her 3yrs & under class this time with David Marshall as a judge which was great but then even better her and Rayanna once again won the mannered section and also took out Reserve Champion Junior Handler in classes of 8-10 with her being one of the youngest there!! |

| 09/03/10 Has been a bit of a hard start to the year for us. We lost our beautiful big boy, Giddeon, to injury and then Maddie's filly also died but with no signs of illness or injury. With foaling now over I will be keeping an extra close eye on our newest born, Jazz. On a better note we done quiet well at Canterbury Breeders Show in Febuary this year, we won Reserve Champ Pinto Youngstock with Shawnee, Reserve Champ Irish Youngstock with Grace, Champion Youngstock PB Arab with Narrhys and the GHS sash with Grumpy. It was a reasonably hassle free day and was even a bit more fun than last year. |

| 18/07/10 Have been extremely slack updating my site as I discovered Facebook and as I could upload 100s of pics without crashing my website I just couldn't help but do it! | 13/12/10 Ups and downs as usual. Rayanna, with the loan of Natasha's SB gelding Batman, improved on last years result and got Champion Junior Handler at the CRC show this year. Shawnee at the same show won Champion Coloured! We have been taking Grace out and about and went swimming at the Waimak where I got to ride her in the water so wish someone had got photos I would have even let them take a pic!! Casey our 18hh mare foaled a beautiful minimal pinto colt who was unfortunately stillborn which was just gutting as it was our 1st foal from her. |

| 28/12/10 For the sadest news I had hoped to write far, far into the future. Our beautiful pinto stallion BS Tiaki was put to sleep due to a paddock accident on the 20/12/10. Not exactly sure what happened but after vet consultation we made the gut wrenching decision to put him down. This was a huge blow to not only myself and my family but my future breeding plans as regardless of whether his foals were coloured or not they have fantastic natures and easy going attitudes. RIP Tiaki you will be sorely missed |
